Returns & Refunds

We want you to be certain about every piece. Because our collections are strictly limited, please read this before ordering.

Return window You may return an eligible item within 14 days of delivery.

Condition Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. We can't accept items that show signs of wear.

How to return Email info@eleve.fashion with your order number to start a return. Send the item to: Guggenbühlstrasse 24, 8404 Zürich, Switzerland. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend a tracked service — we can't be responsible for items lost in transit to us.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges Given limited stock, we can't guarantee an exchange. If your size is still available, email us and we'll do our best; otherwise we'll refund and you can reorder.

Faulty items If an item is defective or not as described, this policy doesn't limit your statutory warranty rights — contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
