Where we ship Switzerland and Europe.

Cost CHF 4.90 within Switzerland. Rates for European destinations are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time Orders are packed and dispatched within 4–6 business days. During a limited release, dispatch may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.

Delivery Sent via Swiss Post, with tracking provided by email once your order ships.

Customs and duties (outside Switzerland) For deliveries outside Switzerland, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Lost or delayed parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact info@eleve.fashion and we'll help track it.
