Terms & Conditions (AGB)

  1. Scope These Terms govern all orders placed through eleve.fashion (the "Store"), operated by Elevé, einfache Gesellschaft ("Elevé", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these Terms.
  2. Products Elevé releases limited collections. Each design is produced in a strictly limited quantity and, once sold, is not remade. Product images are as accurate as possible; minor variation in colour or texture is inherent to the materials and not a defect.
  3. Prices All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Prices include no Swiss VAT (MWST). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
  4. Formation of contract Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract forms when we send an order confirmation by email. If a piece is unavailable (for example, sold out during a limited release), we will not confirm the order and will refund any amount already charged.
  5. Payment We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major cards, processed securely by our payment provider (Shopify Payments). Payment is taken at the time of order.
  6. Delivery Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
  7. Retention of title Goods remain our property until paid in full.
  8. Right of return Your voluntary return rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  9. Warranty for defects Statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. If an item arrives defective or not as described, contact us at info@eleve.fashion and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
  10. Liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  11. Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law.
