Terms & Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope These Terms govern all orders placed through eleve.fashion (the "Store"), operated by Elevé, einfache Gesellschaft ("Elevé", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these Terms.
2. Products Elevé releases limited collections. Each design is limited to a maximum of fifty pieces and is never remade. Product images are as accurate as possible; minor variation in colour or texture is inherent to the materials and not a defect.
3. Prices All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Elevé is not registered for Swiss VAT (MWST). Prices therefore include no VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Formation of contract Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract forms when we send an order confirmation by email. If a piece is unavailable (for example, sold out during a limited release), we will not confirm the order and will refund any amount already charged.
5. Payment We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major cards, processed securely by our payment provider (Shopify Payments). Payment is taken at the time of order.
6. Pre-orders Some pieces are offered as a pre-order. They are made after the order window closes, in the quantity ordered. The expected delivery period is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. Payment is taken in full when you order. If we cannot deliver within four weeks after the expected delivery period, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. If a piece cannot be produced, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount. Your return rights from the Returns & Refunds Policy apply from the day of delivery.
7. Delivery Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
8. Retention of title Goods remain our property until paid in full.
9. Right of return Your voluntary return rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
10. Warranty for defects Statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. If an item arrives defective or not as described, contact us at info@eleve.fashion and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
11. Liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law.
